Refund Policy
At Mama Bing’s, we take pride in delivering quality frozen food straight to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict same-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue (damaged, wrong item, or missing item) must be reported on the same day of delivery.
Products must remain frozen and unopened.
You must provide a photo or video of the item and the delivery receipt as proof of the issue.
How to Report a Return
To initiate a return, contact us on the same day of delivery at sales@mamabings.com with:
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
Your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Please do not send back the item unless instructed. Perishable returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Issues reported after the delivery day
Items that were not stored properly (e.g., thawed or opened)
Sale items or promotional bundles
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order was damaged or incorrect, email us right away. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund as long as it's reported the same day of delivery.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. If there’s a valid issue, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, contact us at sales@mamabings.com.
Note for International Customers (Including EU)
We currently do not offer returns under the EU cooling-off period due to the perishable nature of our products.
