Shipping Policy

At Mama Bing’s, we make sure your food arrives fresh, frozen, and ready to enjoy. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders: Shipping Areas We currently deliver to: Metro Manila Cavite Laguna Select areas in nearby provinces (check availability upon checkout) Note: Frozen items are only available in select areas due to handling and transit requirements. Frozen Items Handling Frozen lumpia and cheese sticks are packed to maintain quality during delivery. We highly recommend that customers be available on the delivery day to immediately store items in the freezer. No rescheduling is allowed once the frozen item is out for delivery. Processing & Delivery Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. For frozen items, we may contact you to confirm delivery availability and ensure someone is present to receive the order. Payment Methods Gcash Bank Transfer Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available only in selected areas. Additional fees may apply if rider advances payment.) Failed Deliveries If no one is available to receive the order: For frozen products, the order will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable due to food safety. For jarred/bottled products, we will attempt to reschedule delivery once, subject to re-delivery fees.
